I started my professional carrier with USAID’s Tourism for All Project with the position as National Tourism Coordinator to supporting the implementation of national tourism policy 5P’s through promote Timor-Leste’s competitiveness as an international tourism destination while preserving its unique environmental, and cultural heritage. Supported capacity building activities and playing the role as trainer for raising awareness of climate changes adaptation and mitigation, customer services and business coaching to tourism related business such as coffee and restaurant owners. Accredited by ANZ for financial literacy program to help women with Small and medium enterprises in order to managing and growing their business. Focal point for sustainable investment to facilitated and understand the government and private sector engagement for Dili Waterfront Redevelopment as tourism hub with Public Private Partnership Modality. Facilitated community consultation to identify the tourism potential and created tour package. Supported the domestic tourism campaign with HauNiaTimorLeste hashtag and lead socialized to Universities and the business owners for tourism ambassador competition. Supported the establishment of Inter-Ministerial Commission for Tourism Development, certified by Minister of Economic Affairs through the technical support. Certified by Indonesian Professional Certification Authority and Tourism Bali International Profession Certification Board as Guiding. Have had opportunity for internship at Bali Girimasehe Tours and Travel Services department of Product, Reservation and Operation supported and draft tour product started from the transportation, accommodations and tourism attraction and activities to Bali and beyond.
