Meet the Chapter Leaders

Tong (Lesley) Wu

Singapore

I hold a Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality from PSB Academy in Singapore and am currently pursuing a degree in Aquaculture at James Cook University, Singapore. With an early academic background in engineering, I later discovered a strong passion for environmental sustainability and climate advocacy. In Singapore, I have actively organized climate-related events such as beach clean-ups and recycling competitions, and have been involved in several sustainability-focused student groups. I have also completed multiple academic papers on sustainable tourism, strengthening my knowledge in climate-friendly travel practices. As a Chapter Leader in the CFT Program, I am now seeking volunteer opportunities with local environmental organizations. My experience in live-streaming sales with MAC Cosmetics and internships in tech companies has equipped me with strong outreach and promotional skills. I hope to use this background to attract new members and bring fresh energy to the CFT community.
