Guinea Bissau

Valdir da Silva holds a Degree in Tourism Management from the Catholic University of West Africa; He has an Ecoguide certificate from the MAVA Foundation in a training course of ECOWAS Ecotourism Guides on the island of Bubaque; Consultant and trainer of Local Tourism Guides in Jeta Island by ODZH and GPC – September 2019 Consultant for ENABEL in the elaboration of the Communication and Marketing Plan for Destination Bijagós – Guinea Bissau – November/December 2021 As a trainer and eco-guide, our leading role is to promote the tourist culture in rural communities across the country. Communities are our partners. Actors such as the Institute of Biodiversity of Protected Areas - IBAP, Coastal Planning Office, GPC, Competent Environmental Assessment Authority - AAAC, as public institutions give us an easy margin of maneuver for the elaboration of projects, plans and strategies in the field of tourism and environment
